Directions Preheat oven to 325 degrees F/ 160 degrees C. Press cookie dough into an 8-inch circle on a pizza pan. Bake 16-18 minutes or until light golden brown. In a Quick Chef or mixer with a paddle attachment, blend cream cheese, Simple Indulgence English Toffee Dessert Blend and whipped topping until smooth. Add toffee bits and spread mixture over cookie crust.
