Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

Ingredients


  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp. refined coconut oil
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips

Directions


  • Place semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in the TupperWave® Stack Cooker 1¾-qt./1.75 L casserole and microwave at full power in 30-second intervals until chocolate has melted; (about 90 seconds total). Set aside.
  • Place peanut butter and milk chocolate chips in Stack Cooker ¾-qt./750 mL cover and microwave for 30 seconds or until chips melt into peanut butter. Mix well.
  • Pour melted semisweet chocolate into Silicone Rectangular Form and spread to fully cover the bottom.
  • Pour peanut butter mixture over chocolate mixture and use Silicone Thin Spatula to swirl and create a decorative pattern.
  • Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes or until chocolate is set. Invert on cutting board and cut into even squares. Store at room temperature in Snack-Stor® Large Container or Mini Canisters for up to 5 days.

Giant Chocolate Kiss

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Cups MILK Chocolate Chips
  • OPTIONAL:
  • Rice Krispie Cereal
  • Mint Chocolate Chips
  • M&M Candies
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Peanut Butter
  • Other Fun Ingredients

Directions

  1. In microwave safe Tupperware - melt MILK chocolate for 1 min - stir
  2. Repeat for 20 seconds at a time till creamy and smooth
  3. Place aluminum foil at end of Tupperware funnel to block spout (use tape to secure if needed)
  4. Place Tupperware funnel into Tupperware tumbler - foil side down
  5. Pour melted chocolate into funnel
  6. Refrigerate until solid
  7. TO REMOVE:
  8. Gently tap Tupperware funnel against counter
  9. Tip out chocolate kiss

Cherry Chocolate Fudge

Cherry Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup finely chopped Maraschino cherries, well drained
  • ½ cup butter (1 stick, cut into pieces)
  • 3⅔ cups powdered sugar (1 lb. box)
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup evaporated milk
  • ⅓ cup pecan pieces
  • 1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil. Drain chopped cherries between paper towels.
  2. Microwave butter on High (100%) in Base of Oval Microwave Cooker 45 seconds or just until melted. Stir in powdered sugar, cocoa and evaporated milk. Microwave on High 1 minute; stir well with E-Series Whisk.
  3. Microwave on High additional 30 seconds at a time until slightly thickened and smooth when stirred. Do not boil. With Silicone Spatula, stir in cherries, pecans and extract. Spread into prepared pan.
  4. Cover; refrigerate until firm. Use foil to lift fudge out of pan; cut into squares. Seal and store leftover fudge in Tupperware containers in refrigerator.

Classic Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

  • 12-oz./350 g package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12-oz./350 g package white chocolate chips or white bark
  • 1⁄2 cup peppermint candies, crushed

Directions

  1. Add semi-sweet chocolate chips to TupperWave® Stack Cooker 13⁄4-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Microwave on high power 1 minute. Stir and continue to microwave in 15 second intervals until chips are melted.
  2. Pour over Silicone Wonder® Mat and spread, using Silicone Spatula, into an even layer. Place in freezer to harden, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add white chocolate to base of Stack Cooker Casserole and microwave on high power 1 minute. Stir and continue to microwave in 15 second intervals until melted.
  4. Spread melted white chocolate over chilled semi-sweet chocolate on Silicone Wonder® Mat. Spread, using Silicone Spatula, into an even layer covering the semi-sweet chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle warm white chocolate with crushed peppermint candies. Return to freezer until fully hardened, about 10–20 minutes, before breaking or cutting into pieces.

Brownie Truffle











Brownie Truffle from the Tupperware KitchenMakes 24
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
14 oz. bag candy melts
assorted sprinkles

In the TupperWave® 3-Qt. Casserole, place first 8 ingredients (through salt) and mix with a Saucy Silicone Spatula until well combined. Microwave uncovered on high power 4–5 minutes, or until a toothpick comes clean. Remove from microwave and cool.

Using an Ice Cream Scoop, form cake into small balls and press together. Place on a baking sheet lined with a Silicone Wonder™ Mat. Place candy melts in TupperWave® 1¾ Qt. Casserole. Microwave on high power 1–2 minutes and mix until smooth.

Hold the truffle on a fork and dip into melted candy until completely covered, allowing excess to drip back into container. Place on baking sheet and decorate with assorted sprinkles, or drizzle a contrasting color over the top to make designs. Chill in refrigerator until chocolate is set.
