Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Ingredients


  • 2 (10") flour tortillas cut into strips (about 24 each)
  • Non-fat cooking spray (butter flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon-Vanilla Spice http://mytwpage.com/diy-cinnamon-vanilla-seasoning/

  • Directions



  • Mix together sugar and Spice in Tupperware Bowl.
  • Spray tortillas with non-stick cooking spray on both sides before cutting into strips; place strips in Thatsa™ Bowl, seal and shake to lightly coat.
  • To ensure crispy chips, lay tortillas strips without overlapping on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°F or until lightly golden.
  • Serve with Fruit Salsa

    Salty Caramel Brittle

    Salty Caramel Brittle

    Ingredients

    • 25 saltine crackers
    • 1 stick unsalted butter
    • ½ cup brown sugar
    • ½ cup granulated sugar
    • ¹/₃ cup heavy cream
    • 1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
    • ¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt

    Directions

    1. Line a baking sheet with Silicone Wonder® Mat and neatly arrange 25 crackers in rows in center of mat. Set aside.
    2. In TupperWave® Stack Cooker 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole, place butter and microwave on high power one minute, until melted.
    3. Add sugars and cream to butter, whisk and microwave on high power 6 minutes, stopping to whisk every 2 minutes.
    4. Add almond extract and whisk to combine. Pour mixture evenly over crackers and sprinkle with salt.
    5. Allow to cool for approximately 15–20 minutes. Break into pieces (without cutting directly on Mat). Store in a sealed Tupperware
    6. container.

     Party Mix with Chocolate

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups corn cereal squares*
    • 3 cups rice cereal squares*
    • 3 cups toasted whole grain oat circles
    • 2 cups small pretzels
    • 2 11-oz./317 g bags desired chocolate chips; dark, milk, white, semi-sweet
    • 10-oz./285 g bag mini candy coated chocolates

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl combine cereals and small pretzels.
    2. Place chocolate chips in TupperWave® Stack Cooker 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole base and microwave at 70% power for 3–4 minutes or until melted. Stir halfway through to check. If using white chocolate start with 1–2 minutes, and then stir and microwave in 15–20 second increments until melted.
    3. Pour melted chocolate over cereal mixture, seal and shake to coat cereal with chocolate. Wait for chocolate to cool slightly before adding candy coated chocolates to keep the color from running.
    4. Spread onto Silicone Wonder® Mat to dry and set the chocolate. Break apart into chunks to serve.
    5. *or 6 cups of one cereal instead of half and half

    Grilled Fruit Kabobs

    Grilled Fruit Kabobs

    Ingredients

    • Cinnamon-Vanilla Glaze:
    • 1 cup dark brown sugar
    • ½ cup lime juice
    • pinch of kosher salt
    • 2 tsp. Simple Indulgence Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning Blend
    • Fruit Kabobs:
    • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch cubes
    • 1 mango, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
    • 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
    • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
    • 4 wood skewers soaked in water for at least 1 hour

    Directions

    1. **Cinnamon-Vanilla Glaze:
    2. Combine all ingredients in a Chef Series 3-Qt./2.8 L Saucepan. Heat on medium until sugar is melted and glaze is smooth. Cool and pour into a Season-Serve Container.
    3. **Fruit Kabobs:
    4. Skewer fruit, brush with glaze, place in Season-Serve Container and refrigerate until ready to grill.
    5. Place skewers on hot grill for 2-3 minutes or until browned.

    Snow Snack Mix

    Snow Snack Mix

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
    • 3 cups Capn’ Crunch Cereal
    • 3 cups Mini Marshmallows
    • 3 cups Honey Roasted Nuts

    Directions

    1. Measure above ingredients into Thatsa Bowl and mix with Silicone Spatula.
    2. Melt 1 (16 oz. package) *Vanilla Candy Coating Bark in Tupperware Microwave Safe container. Microwave on high power 1 minute. Stir and continue to microwave in 15 second intervals until chips are melted.
    3. Pour over mixture and stir.
    4. Spread over 2 Silicone Wonder Mats. Let cool.
    5. Break into small pieces. Serve in Large Tupperware Bowl or divide into smaller containers to give as gifts.
    6. Can be stored in Modular Mate containers for several weeks.
    *Can use white chocolate chips.

    Fresh Baked In The Soup Mug



    Sin-A-Bunn
    Ingredients:
    1 tube Pillsbury Country Biscuits (red label with 10 biscuits)
    4 T. butter or margarine
    Brown sugar
    Cinnamon
    Remove 5 biscuits from tube and place on cutting board. Flatten each one
    with the palm of your hand. Next, brush with butter, sprinkle with brown
    sugar and cinnamon
    . Stack the biscuits on top of each other in the Soup
    Mug. Cook in microwave uncovered for 2 min. 15 sec. on Med. power (50%) until done.
    Remove and invert on luncheon plate
    . Pour melted topping over bun and
    enjoy! (Topping is melted brown sugar and cinnamon).

    Giant Walnut Muffin-in-a-Mug
    Dry Ingredients:                                                                      Wet Ingredients:
    2 T. quick cook rolled oats                                                      1 beaten egg
    1/3 cup flour                                                                            2 T. warm water
    1/2 T sugar                                                                              1 T. Cooking Oil
    ½ tsp. baking powder                                                             1 T. milk                                    
     1/8 tsp. cinnamon      
    Dash of salt                                                    
    Optional: 2 T. chopped walnuts and/or 2 T. raisins & enough flour to coat them.
     Stir together dry ingredients and stir in wet ingredients until moistened. Coat nuts and raisins with flour to keep them from sinking to bottom and fold into mixture. Pour mixture into mug and cook in microwave uncovered at
    70% power for 2 1/2 min. Turn every 30 seconds if no turntable. Insert toothpick near
    center to test for doneness. Let stand 5 min. • remove muffin. and serve with
    warmed topping.
    Topping: mix together 2 T. flour, 1 tsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp.melted butter or
    margarine. Enjoy!

    Vent ’N Serve® Soup Mug

    Mores in a Mug

    (same great taste, no campfire needed)

    2 whole graham crackers (rectangles), divided
      20 mini marshmallows

    3 tablespoons milk chocolate chips

    Spray inside of microwavable mug with nonstick cooking spray

    Crush 1 graham cracker into bottom of mug; top with marshmallows
    and chocolate chips. Crush remaining graham cracker; sprinkle over
    chocolate chips.

    Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. (Mixture will puff up inside mug.)

    Stir to melt chocolate.                                                           Makes 1 serving

    Cup 0' Apple Pie



    Cup 0' Apple Pie
    1 small apple, peeled, cored and chopped
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon old-fashioned or quick oats*
    ½  teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 thin pat butter
    Ice cream or whipped cream (optional)
    *Or substitute 1 heaping tablespoon instant oatmeal mix (from cup or package); reduce amount of sugar.
    1. Place apples in microwavable mug. Stir in brown sugar, oats and cinnamon.
    Top with butter.
    2. Microwave on HIGH 1 ½  to 2 minutes or until apple is tender. (Time will
    vary depending on wattage of microwave and thickness of apple pieces.)
    Stir mixture; top with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
    Makes 1 serving

    Paresam Chips

    Servings: 12 large, 24 small
    Preparation Time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients:
    1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tsp. Simple Indulgence Italian Herb
    Mixed baby greens, for garnish

    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cheese in Quick Shake® Container; add Simple Indulgence™ Italian Herb, seal and shake to mix together.

    Spoon tablespoons of cheese mixture onto a cookie sheet covered with Silicone Mat or parchment paper. Bake 6 at a time, 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from oven and while wafers are still warm and pliable, hand shape as desired. Fill with baby greens.

    Toasted Pita Crisps
    Ingredients


    • 3 large pitas

    • 1 tsp. Chef Series Southwest Chipotle Seasoning

    • nonstick cooking spray

    Directions

    Using a Chef Series™ Paring Knife, slice pitas into 8 wedges; lightly coat with non-stick spray and sprinkle Seasoning on each wedge. Bake at 350°F on a cookie sheet lined with a parchment paper for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown. Store any leftovers in a Stuffables™ Container.
